“About the Pink House and Other Random Thoughts”

“My name is Kennedy Ann Templeton. I live in South Dallas. I’m good at putting Christmas tree lights on, taking care of cats, taking care of little dogs, picking out my clothes, washing clothes, drying clothes, folding clothes, putting pictures in picture frames, washing windows, washing dishes, drying dishes, helping my mom, picking out food for parties, and vacuuming cars. My room is pretty messy though. My best friends are Linden, Hope, and Omar. I also work at the Pink House, play dolls with my sister, Lyla (she loves dolls very much and jump ropes), and I build castles to let Auggie [my little brother] tear them down. We’re going to talk about the Pink House today. The Pink House is where [our friends] Hannah and Taylor are going to move in and train YWAM in South Dallas. They are going to be next door to us, and they have a new baby named Jovie. The house is almost done [being renovated].
About the Pink House: Omar helps us with the Pink House, and he also does podcasts with me. Also, about the Pink House, next Friday [Dec 8, 2023] we hope it’s going to be done (the Pink House, I mean). [On Dec 2] We had the Christmas Carols party at the Pink House. Next year, we will do it again [on the first Saturday] and my dad and I will be singing. Luke will be playing the piano, I think. The party [after the front yard singing] was inside the Pink House [on the first floor].
[On another note] The cat loves to sleep under our tree. She’s a girl, and she’s calico. And her name is Buttercup. [We got her this year to help keep the mice away in our old house.]
